How to Use our Online System

Key Information

  • For Non-Urgent Queries Only:
Our online system is a secure and convenient way to submit admin questions (like for sick notes or test results) and non-urgent medical issues.
  • Provide Plenty of Detail:
The more information you can give us about your symptoms or request, the better our clinical team can assess your needs and decide on the best next step for you.
  • How We Respond:
All requests are reviewed by our clinical team. We aim to respond within 24 hours, usually with a text message. An appointment is not always needed.
  • Confirmation is Key:
After you submit, you will see a confirmation screen with a Reference ID (please note this down) and receive a confirmation text message.

Once you submit your online request, it is sent securely to the practice and reviewed by our clinical team. This process is called ‘triage’.

We aim to triage and respond to all requests within 24 hours.

Based on the information you provide, our team will decide the most appropriate next step for you. This could be:

  • An appointment with a clinician (if you submit something that feels urgent, please try to be available for a potential same-day appointment).
  • Self-help advice sent via text message.
  • Guidance to another service that is better suited to your needs.

You will usually be contacted by text message, or our admin team may phone you if an appointment needs to be arranged.

This online system must NOT be used for medical emergencies.

For life-threatening emergencies (such as chest pain, severe bleeding, or difficulty breathing), call 999 immediately.

For urgent problems that you feel cannot wait, please call NHS 111.
