How to Contact Using the NHS App

    Start by downloading the free, official NHS App from your phone’s app store and set up your NHS login.
  • Start Your Query:
    Once logged in, tap on ‘Services’ in the bottom menu, then select ‘Contact your GP about a health problem’.
  • Safety First:
    The app has a crucial safety step to check for emergency symptoms. This form must not be used for emergencies.
  • Submit and Confirm:
    Follow the prompts to describe your issue, review your answers, and submit. You’ll see a confirmation once it’s sent successfully to us.

What Happens Next?

Once you submit your query through the NHS App, it is sent securely and directly to our practice.

Every medical request is reviewed, or ‘triaged’, by our clinical team.

We will assess the information you have provided and decide on the best next step for you.
